Questions
When do I get the gold?
10,000 gold arrives as soon as the payment is done, then on the same day every month.
What happens if I cancel?
You won't be charged again. Benefits stay until the end of the month you've paid for.
What's the difference between gold and silver?
Gold is bought with money and pays for the HEXA SHOP and [Gold] items in the game shop. Silver is earned from check-ins, quests and selling creations, and pays for the game shop, creator trades, World City land rent and HEXA CATCH.
Can I turn silver into gold?
No. Only gold to silver works (1 gold = 10 silver). Silver can't become gold or money.
If I run short of silver, is gold used instead?
No. Gold is never used automatically. Exchange it yourself in 'Gold → silver' if you need to.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow articles 10 and 11 of the Hexa Money terms, linked as 'Refund policy' in the gold top-up section.
Where do HEXA CATCH prizes go?
They wait in My page › Inventory. Press 'Send to world' there to move them to your world inventory.
